Important: All registration fees are generally non-refundable once payment is completed and registration is confirmed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If payment was processed multiple times due to technical issues
- Contest Cancellation: If the contest is cancelled by the organizers
- Medical Emergency: With valid medical documentation submitted within 7 days
- Payment Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or for wrong category
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful registration
- Inability to participate due to personal reasons (except medical emergencies)
- Missed submission deadlines
- Disqualification due to rule violations
- Dissatisfaction with contest results or judging
Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Contest Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that the contest is cancelled by ISKCON or the organizers, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Participants will be notified via email and refunds will be processed automatically.
