Eligibility
- The contest is open to residents of India of all age groups
- Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- Registration requires a valid email address and phone number
- Each participant can register for multiple contest categories
- Employees and immediate family members of ISKCON are eligible to participate
Registration & Payment
- Registration fee of ₹399 is required per contest category
- Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateway
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
- Participants will receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp
- Registration fees are non-transferable between contest categories
Contest Rules
- All submissions must be original work created by the participant
- Plagiarism or copying will result in immediate disqualification
- Submissions must align with devotional and cultural themes
- Participants must submit entries before the stated deadline
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- The organizer's decision on winners is final and binding
Intellectual Property
By submitting your work, you grant ISKCON a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your submission for contest purposes and promotional activities. You retain all ownership rights to your original work.
Prizes & Awards
- Winners will be selected by a panel of qualified judges
- Prize distribution details will be communicated to winners directly
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Winners must provide necessary documentation for prize collection
- Tax implications on prizes are the responsibility of winners
Liability
ISKCON and Krishna National Contest organizers are not liable for any technical issues, lost submissions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify contest rules or cancel the contest if necessary.
